HSSV has 8 rats seeking comfortable retirement homes to spend their golden years. These little ones were part of the
large rat rescue from Fall 2010 and have spent the last year in the care of rat rescue and us. Open your heart to an older rat and you'll find a constant companion. Senior rats are often more cuddly, without the extra energy of youth they are content to curl up in your lap. You can meet our golden girls at both
Satellite Adoption locations. Take them home for gossip and cheesecake, they will thank you for being a friend!
I adopted one of their brothers! Rats make wonderful pets.
ReplyDeleteI used to work at one of the two big pet store chains. Our staff held rats in very high esteem among the animals we cared for. They aren't just great with their human families but also welcoming to strangers. Smart, sweet, fun companions!
ReplyDeleteOnly two pairs left! Estelle and Bea at Saratoga and Sophia and Rose at Sunnyvale.
ReplyDeleteOne pair left now. My good friend Karla adopted Rose and Sophia from Sunnvyale today! They will be spoiled rotten!

Last pair were adopted today! Thanks to everyone for the fast finding of homes.
ReplyDeleteDaisy Duke formerly DW is recovering very well from her tumor surgery. She is eating well and watches me while I work on the computer. Loves bits of banana!
